Anxiety is something that does not let you be yourself, it is something that is constantly holding you back. The thing that does not let you move a single inch. It feels as if you are stuck and life is happening in front of you. You try to take control and move a little, but nothing happens.
Mind, heart, soul, and body all are broken. You have no reason to carry on, yet you are, hoping one day it will get better. You want to cry, tears are almost on the verge of falling, and you catch them, not letting anyone know what you are feeling.
Mental health is not talked about, and people are shushed when they start this conversation; these are the conversations that are necessary. Without taking care of your mental health you cannot form healthy connections with yourself or anyone else.
Reach out to people. Ask for help. Talk. Take therapy. Start journaling. Go for a walk. Run. Sleep.
It helps. It gets better. All you need is to take care of yourself and have faith.
