Do you need a break? From what?

The simple answer to needing a break is yes, from everything.

Sometimes your mind has just given up. You do not know what is happening around you. Completely lost, you just carry on with the daily tasks, without realising what you are doing and what you are not.

The line ‘Main thehra raha zameen chalne lagi’, comes to mind when you think about what the situation is. Everything around you is rapidly moving and changing and you are just stuck there not understanding which direction to go in.

You just want a break. Mental peace. Someplace where you are alone with your thoughts and you do not have to do anything for a week. Complete rest to your mind, body and soul.

A break from the ordinary, from the routine of life, from the monotony that is happening and everything that does not give you peace and happiness.

Take a break. Give importance to yourself. You are important. Even if not for a week, take for 2-3 days, but take a break.

Stop. Think. Rest. And then move again.
