Mind games with your mind. Part 2

Recently I came across a reel on Instagram that said if we think about the positives in the morning the mind is tuned to look at the positives during the day. It is how well you can make your mind believe in things that you want it to feel. The more you train your mind the more power you can harness from it.

The one thing that it boils down to is how to play tricks on the mind that tricks you. There can be many ways that you do it, and you can have a different approach for each scenario, however, there have to be ways in which you tackle it.

The sooner you start with the process of controlling your mind, the faster you will be able to understand the world around you and how to navigate through the waves of emotions that come after every single thing.

I can keep on preaching why it is important to have your emotions in check, but at the end of the day, they are emotions and you should feel them. The only thing I can tell is to control your emotions before they control you.

You can do n number of things that people nowadays keep on lecturing about, but the most important thing is to find your rhythm, to be comfortable in your own body and mind. The day you find peace with yourself is the day you will not be affected by the outside negativity.

If you are feeling hurt by somebody’s words or actions tell it to them. You have the right to emote your hurt; their reactions cannot be the reason you stop expressing yourself. Treat people the way you would want to be treated and I can tell you the world would be a much kinder place to live in.

Journal, meditate, focus on your health both mental and physical, learn new skills, stop living on the weekends, and try new things, you only get one life and try to live it like you want. Create mind maps, organise the little things to understand how you can achieve what you want, innovate the processes, build something new, and most importantly try.

It is okay to fail, embrace it, learn from it, improvise, be agile and flexible, and just not give up. You have the strength that you need inside you, even if everything seems dark now. You are strong and capable to achieve what you want. Things will happen do not make them your life, but a part of it.

Good, bad, sweet, sour, spicy, up, down, happy or sad it is something that will keep on happening, embrace all of it and carry on. If anytime you think life is getting hard just remember there are people who are there for you, and if you think you do not have anyone, my blog is there.
