Imagination

Imagination is the sweetest bitch. You can imagine stuff and be happy or jump down a rabbit hole of sadness, misery and overthinking. There is no end to your imagination, you can be the most influential person, the most intelligent or the most beautiful or have anything and everything you want. Imagination holds the power to bring those sweet moments and then sadness followed by it. How do you control your mind wandering to places where you know you can never be?

The answer is meditation, exercise and working towards reducing stress for mental peace.

You can imagine anything you want, however, unless you work on it, it will not turn into reality. Imagination gives the comfort and peace of knowing what could be. It can be used as a boost to make your dreams a reality.

Start imagining, write down what you imagine. Distinguish between good imagination and bad.  However, most importantly start working towards the good things you imagine. There will be days when you will be overwhelmed by the work you have to put into making your dreams come true.

The biggest thing is you just need to imagine and not let the outside world affect you. Imagination can be powerful if you let it become a tool in your box.
